Eye Candy

While I was on the subject of sparkly things,
are these sequin pieces not divine. Maybe a sequin cardy could make up for the silver shoes.
Perfect for NYE

New years wear

DKNY. Isabell Marant. Adam

I saw a super cute sequin cardy at The Gap, but it was still over $100 to much to spend on something I would only wear once or twice a year

my boxing day purchase

Ok i'm sadly not getting these they ran out of my size :(
BUT I have a pair on hold in black. Which might be a little more practical,
or this is what I tell my self.

Merry Christmas Bloggers

LOVE all of you, and following your amazing blogs. They are such a silver lining to my days. Hope you have a great christmas with your families. I haven't really blogged recently, been stressed. Which kind of scares me, I hope I have what it takes to manage my dream career and get there. But ya hope I can get back into it soon, esp outfit posts

tis the season to be jolly

FA LA LA LA LA

Theres something about this time of the year that makes me a little bit more positive, no matter what else is going on. Baking with girlfriends is bliss. Comfort foods are just extra good with cold weather

-24 and overcast

winter wonderland

Canada Goose Trillium parka $525, Rag & Bone Combat Wedge $505, ASOS AVA Suede Lace Up Wedge Boot $115, D&G Dolce & Gabbana Women's Wedge Bootie $510

I'm on the search for a Canada Goose parka in the city. I saw a boy on campus wearing a grey one during the fall, and just fell in love with its simple design and almost industrial look. They've been catching my eye since, especially while I was in Montreal and Vancouver. Looks like something someone would wear on an arctic expedition. I will probably buy online but I want to try one on first. Its a coat thats built to last and perfect for freezing Edmonton winters. As well as classically stylish season after season. Does anyone know where they sell these parkas for women in Edmonton?

I am also on the search for a wedge bootie. I crave the comfort of a wedge. Inspiration taken from these three

    Book worm

Are these not the cutest thing you've ever seen. They are Olympia Le-Tan's  latest collection of book-inspired  clutches. I love crafty/sneaky stuff like this and any kind of textural art.

    night on Whyte

Went to The Rack (a new sports bar on Whyte ave)  for the first time. Defiantly liked how big and roomy the place is and would love to go back for some drinks in the future.

    for the love of hair

I'm really digging these blowouts. Sleek and glamorous, with the part a little bit to the side. My hair is coarse and naturally wavy/curly and often up in a bun. But when I feel like looking nice and have the time, I go straight to my Chi
